At the 2025 PAX Readership Awards, the airline was crowned “Outstanding Food Service by a Carrier  Africa” for the third time an accolade that celebrates its unmatched onboard catering, inspired by rich Ethiopian hospitality and global culinary standards. Simultaneously, it was named Bronze Winner for “Cabin Concept of the Year 2025” at the Onboard Hospitality Awards, recognizing the groundbreaking design of its Airbus A350-1000 aircraft.

The airline’s new A350-1000 cabin concept pushes boundaries in passenger comfort and design. The cabin features spacious layouts, panoramic windows, customizable mood lighting, and ultra-quiet interiors across all travel classes.
